Çince Başlangıç Düzeyi

Kurs Hedefleri

• Öğrenciler Çince seslerin temel kombinasyonlarını öğrenirler. Bunları doğru bir şekilde seslendirerek ve dört tonun gerektirdiği şekilde telaffuz edebilirler.
• Öğrenciler dinleme ve konuşma egzersizleri ile temel sözel iletişimde elde ettikleri yeteneği karşılama, soru sorma ve kendini tanıtma gibi basit karşılıklı diyalog kurma amacıyla kullanabilirler.
• Öğrenciler Çince karakterlerin parçalarını ve kurulumunu öğrenerek, 20-50 adet Çince karakter yazabilecek seviyeye gelirler.
• Öğrenciler Çin kültür ve toplumunu daha iyi anlayabilirler.

Hedef Kitle

Çince’ye yeni başlayanlar. Geçmişte Çince diliyle ilgili bilgiye sahip olmak gerekmemektedir.

Kurs Hedefleri

• Temel telaffuz yeteneği elde edebilmek, karakterleri ve cümleleri standart telaffuzunda okuyabilmek ve konuşabilmek,
• Günlük yaşam, çalışma ve sosyal iletişim için gereken Çince’ye hakim olmak,
• Çince gramer yapısının temel kurallarını iyice öğrenmek,
• Kendini ifade etmek üzere kolay cümleler yazabilmek,
• Çince karakterleri bilgisayarda yazabilmek.

Hedef Kitle

Bu kurs biraz Çince bilgisi olan ve başlangıç seviyesinde dinleme, okuma, konuşma ve yazma yeteneği olan, Çince telaffuz ve gramer yapısı ile ilgili bilgisini, konuşma ve dinleme yeteneğini geliştirmek isteyenler için hazırlanmıştır.

Kurs Hedefleri

• Öğrenciler sosyal, kişisel ve ekonomik konularda düşüncelerini doğru ve düzgün bir şekilde ifade edebilir,
• Sosyal, kişisel ve ekonomik konularda Çinli konuşmacılarla tartışabilir,
• Çince yazma ve okumada yeteneklerini daha ileri seviyeye ulaştırabilir,
• Çin kültür ve toplumuyla ilgili daha derin bir anlayışa sahip olurlar.

Hedef Kitle

Bu kurs orta seviye Çince dinleme, okuma, konuşma ve yazma yetisine sahip ve temel Çince gramer bilgisinde yetkin kişiler için oluşturulmuştur.

Çocuk Çince Kursları

Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Konfüçyus Enstitüsü ve BUYEM işbirliği ile hazırlanan Çocuk Çince dil programı 2010- 2011 öğretim yılı Güz dönemi dersleri 30 saatlik Yoğun Çince Kursu olarak hazırlanmıştır.

• Çince önbilgisi olmayanlar için başlangıç düzeyidir.
• Öğrenciler Çince seslerin temel kombinasyonlarını ve bunların dört tonda nasıl telaffuz edildiğini öğrenirler.
• Selamlama, soru sorma ve kendini tanıtma gibi basit diyalogların gerektirdiği temel sözlü iletişim konusunda dinleme ve konuşma alıştırmalarıyla eğitim sağlanır.
• Çince karakterlerin parçaları ve bunların birleşimi öğretilerek, öğrencilere 20-50 Çince karakteri yazma becerisi kazandırılır.
• Çince temel dilbilgisi anlatılır ve öğrenci kendini ifade edeceği basit cümleleri yazmayı öğrenir.
• Öğrenciler, Çince karakterleri bilgisayarda yazma yöntemiyle tanışır.

Boğaziçi Üniversitesi’nin öğrencilerine %10 indirim uygulanır.

Çin Kültürü Kursları

Genel Çin

Bu kurs Çin tarihi, politikası, diplomasisi, ekonomisi, toplumu, kültürü, eğitimi, bilim ve teknolojisi, gelenek ve adetleri, ve diğer bazı konulardaki ileri analizleri ortaya koyarak öğrencilere Çin’in genel durumunun bir taslağını sunmayı hedefler. İçerikte ana konular Çin’in coğrafi konumu, yönetimsel bölümleri, nüfus ve etnik grupları ile Çin’in tarih, politik sistem, ekonomik gelişim, eğitim, kültür, gelenekler, halkbilgisi ve diplomisisini içeren bir haritadan oluşur. Öğrenciler Çin kültürü, ekonomisi ve ticareti ile ilgili oldukça iyi bir bilgiye sahip olurlar.

Taichi (Taiji)

Bu kurs Tai chi’ye yeni başlayanlar içindir. Öğrenciler 24 Tai chi duruşunu öğrenirler. Bunun yanısıra Çin Dövüş Sanatları’nın temel bilgisini edinir ve Tai chi el hücum tekniklerini öğrenirler.

Çin Güzel Yazı Sanatı

Bu kurs öğrencilere Çin güzel yazı sanatına giriş derslerini içerir. Öğrenciler fırçayı kullanmayı, vuruş yapmayı ve çizgi çizmeyi ve graf kağıdı nasıl kullanmaları gerektiğini öğrenirler. Bunun dışında öğrenciler Çince karakter yazabilmek için gerekli temel teknikleri öğrenir ve bunları pratik etme ortamı bulurlar.

Klasik Çin Resim Sanatı

Bu kurs öğrencilere Çin resim sanatı giriş bilgisi sunar. Öğrenciler fırçayı nasış kullanacaklarını ve mürekkebi nasıl hazırlayacaklarını öğrenirler. Ayrıca siyah ve renkli olarak resim pratiği yapma ortamı bulurlar.

Çin Mutfak Sanatı

Bu kurs Çinli insanların yeme alışkanlıklarını, tercihlerini ve 8 farklı lezzetten oluşan ana yemeklerini; malzeme seçimi, kesim ve pişirme tekniklerine odaklanarak özel şekillerde, değişik renklerde ve çekici lezzetlerde sunarak öğrenmenizi sağlamayı hedefler. Bunun dışında öğrenciler bazı ev yapımı yemeklerin nasıl yapılması gerektiği ile ilgili ipuçları da öğrenme fırsatı elde ederler.

İş Çincesi

Bu kurs modern Çince’deki iş terimlerine, Çin toplum ve kültür bilgisine hakimiyetini güçlendirmek ve Çin iş ortamında iletişim becerilerini arttırmak isteyen öğrenciler için hazırlanmıştır. Genel olarak şu konuları içermektedir: toplantı, iş ile ilgili tartışmalar, fiyat pazarlığı, sipariş, ödeme, mal tedariği, taşıma, sigorta, sözleşme, hak talep etme, acentalık ve ortak yönetim.

Özel Kurslar

Çince Öğretmenleri için Eğitim Teknikleri

Bu kurs Çince’yi ikinci dil olarak öğretmek isteyen katılımcıları gerekli yeteneklerle donatmak üzere hazırlanmıştır. Katılımcılar belirli eğitim hedeflerine uygun olarak çeşitli eğitimsel stratejileri uygulamayı öğrenirler. Bu kurs Çince’nin ikinci dil olarak öğretilmesindeki tarihi geçmişi ve şimdiki durumu tanıtır. Dilbilimsel, eğitimsel, psikolojik ve kültürel yapısını, temel kavramlarını, dil kazandırma teorileriyle ilgili araştırmaları ve ikinci dil eğitiminin başlıca tekniklerini tanıtmayı içerir. Bu içerik ile öğrenciler TFCL teorilerine hakim olur, TFCL amacı ve mevzuatını öğrenir. Aynı zamanda öğretilen teorileri sınıfiçi pratikte uygulamayı, müfredat düzenlemeyi, ders kitabı seçme ve düzenlemeyi, dil testi uygulamayı, Çin dili telaffuz, kelime bilgisi, gramer, ve karakterlerini öğretmeyi yapabilir hale gelirler.

Çinliler için Türkçe Kursu

• Basit telaffuz yeteneğini elde ederek, standart telaffuzunda Türkçe konuşup okuyabilmek,
• Türkçe’nin temel gramer yapısını öğrenmek,
• Günlük yaşam, okul ve sosyal hayatta gerekli iletişimi sağlayabilecek Türkçe ihtiyacını karşılayabilmek,

HSK/BCT/YCT Yoğun Çince Kursu

Bu kurs HSK/BCT/YCT adaylara için sıralanan sınavların gerekliliklerini, modellerini ve içeriklerini tanıtmak amaçlı hazırlanmıştır. Özellikle dinleme, gramer, yapı, okuma ve boşluk doldurma konularında modeller, kapsam ve önemli noktaları daha detaylı bir şekilde anlatmayı amaçlar. Bu noktada öğrencinin sınavdaki başarısını belirli ve kampsamlı alıştırmalar aracılığıyla arttırmayı amaçlar.

Beginner Chinese

Course Objectives

• Students learn the basic combinations of Chinese phonemes and to pronounce them correctly in terms of both articulation and also the four tones.
• Students become skilled in basic oral communication through listening and speaking training to meet the demands of simple interpersonal dialogue, including: greeting, asking questions, self-introduction, etc.
• Students learn elements and constructions of Chinese characters and become capable of writing 20-50 Chinese characters.
• Students gain a better understanding of Chinese culture and society.

Target Audience

Absolute beginners in Chinese. No prior knowledge of Chinese language is assumed.

Course Duration

3 hours / week. 15 weeks total.

Intermediate Chinese

Course Objectives

• To acquire basic pronunciation skills and speak and read in standard pronunciation of characters, words and fairly coherent sentences.
• To meet the demands of daily Chinese communication in living, study and sociality.
• To master the basic rules of grammar structure of Chinese.
• To write simple sentences to express themselves.
• To use the computer to input Chinese characters.

Target Audience

This course is designed for those who learned primary Chinese and have the elementary language skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing) and expect in-depth learning Chinese pronunciation system and basic rules of grammar structure and improving Chinese listening and speaking skills.

Course Duration

3 hours / week. 15 weeks total

Advanced Chinese

Course Objectives

• Students are able to express their opinions properly and accurately on social, personal and economic topics.
• Students can discuss social, personal and economic topics with Chinese speakers.
• Students develop further abilities to read and write in the Chinese language.
• Students have a more in-depth understanding of Chinese culture and society.

Target Audience

This course is designed for people who mastered fundamental Chinese grammar, and who possess intermediate Chinese skills in listening, reading, speaking, and writing.

Course Duration

4 hours / week. 15 weeks total.

Chinese For Children

Fall term Chinese courses for children at Confucius Institute at Boğaziçi University which is organized in collaboration with BUYEM (Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center) starts with 30 hours intensive courses.

Curriculum Objectives

• Students learn the basic combinations of Chinese phonemes and to pronounce them correctly in terms of both articulation and also the four tones.
• Students become skilled in basic oral communication through listening and speaking training to meet the demands of simple interpersonal dialogue, including: greeting, asking questions, self-introduction, etc.
• Students learn elements and constructions of Chinese characters and become capable of writing 20-50 Chinese characters.
• Students will learn Chinese basic grammars and write down simple sentences to explain themselves.
• Students can typewrite Chinese characters with a computer.

Chinese Culture Courses

A Survey of China

This course outlines Chinese history, politics, diplomacy, economy, society, culture, education, science and technology, customs, and folklores, and further analyzes some specific issues, with a view to giving students a sketch of China’s overall situation. The main content includes China’s geographical location and its administrative division, China’s population and ethnic groups, a survey of China’s history, political systems, economic development, education, culture, customs, folklores, and diplomacy. Students will gain a fairly good knowledge of Chinese culture, economy and trade.

Taichi (Taiji)

This course will teach standard Tai Chi for beginners. Students will learn Tai Chi 24 Form. Students will also learn the basic knowledge of Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts), and will be trained in Tai Chi Push Hand techniques.

Chinese Calligraphy

This course will give students an introduction to Chinese calligraphy. Students will learn how to handle the brush, how to practice strokes and lines and how to use graph paper. Students will learn the basic techniques required for writing a Chinese character and will be able to practice these techniques in class.

Classic Chinese Paintings

This course will give students an introduction to Chinese painting. Students will learn how to handle the brush and prepare the ink. Students will practice painting in black and colour, and will be able to practice these techniques in class.

Chinese Culinary Art.

This course introduces Chinese people’s dietary habits , preferences and 8 major cuisines of completely different tastes, focusing on the materials they use, the slice skill and their typical cooking requirements, through which you will enjoy a good view of the dishes in attractive color, vivid shape and appealing taste. This course also recommends you how to cook some home-style dishes.

Business Chinese

This course is designed for increasing students’ command of common business terms in modern Chinese and some related knowledge about Chinese society and culture and cultivating their communicative skills in a Chinese business setting. It mainly consists of the following topics: meeting, business discussion, price negotiation, ordering, payment, goods delivery, shipping, insurance, contracting, claim, agency and cooperative management.

Teaching Methodology for Chinese Language Teachers

This course is designed to equip participants with the framework and skills to teach Chinese as a second language. The participants will learn to synergize the various pedagogic strategies in order to suit specific teaching objectives.This course introduces the historical development and current situation of teaching Chinese as a second foreign language, its linguistic, educational, psychological and cultural basis, the basic concepts and relevant research of language acquisition theories, and the major schools of the methodology of second language teaching. With this introduction, students can have a good command of the TCFL theories, know about the purpose and principles of TCFL, be able to apply the theories to practical classroom teaching, and command the main methods of curriculum design, textbook selection and compilation, language testing, and the teaching of Chinese pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and Chinese characters.

Turkish Training Course for Chinese

• To acquire basic pronunciation skills and speak and read in standard pronunciation of Turkish.
• To master the basic rules of grammar structure of Turkish.
• To meet the demands of daily Turkish communication in living, study and sociality.

(HSK/BCT/YCT) Intensive Chinese Courses

This course is designed for HSK/BCT/YCT candidates, mainly introducing the requirements, pattern, and content of HSK /BCT/YCT. Specifically, it elaborates on the patterns, scope, and major points in listening comprehension, grammar and structure, reading comprehension, and blank-filling. On this basis, it intends to improve the students’ performance in the test through specified and comprehensive exercises.
